23 Sep STAMP DUTY CUT
The Chancellor Kwasi Kwarteng has today confirmed that Stamp Duty will be cut so that no stamp duty is paid on properties below £250,000. First time buyers will also pay no stamp duty on properties below £425,000.
This change to stamp duty is permanent and effective from today.
